I-9 Verifications

Employers - please download the PDF below. This PDF assigns me as your authorized representative to complete the I-9. Please send the completed Agent Authorization Agreement to your Employee with the I-9 and instruct them to contact me for completion.

Employees - if your Employer has asked you to find a Notary Public to complete an I-9, please note a Notary Public may not act in such a capacity to complete the form. We must act in the capacity as an authorized representative for your Employer. Please have them download the Agent Authorized Agreement below, complete it, then give me a call to complete the I-9 verification form.
